Creative Programming

Creative Programming was a course in Q3 of year 1 that taught coding in the context of creative exploration and being a designer. For this purpose, the platform Processing was used, which turns java code into (visual) output. The course consisted of two challenges which we got graded on. The first challenge was to create a vector-based visual work of art in PDF format using code. The second challenge was to create an interactive demo that takes physical input and turns it into a creative output. For this, Arduino was used for physical inputs, then converted into creative output using Processing through serial communication.
